After a series of rather biting and successful singles, Hull band Low Hummer have announced the release of their upcoming debut full length, Modern Tricks For Living. The album will be out on on September 17th, 2021 through Dance To The Radio, and it will include the previous belters, Sometimes I Wish (I Was a Different Person), Take Arms and The People, This Place.
The latest single to emerge off the impending release is Human Behaviour, with which the six-piece band make way into dreampop territories in a very stable and aware manner. As vocalist Aimee Duncan’s delivery stands out over the stellar instrumentals, the song makes evident how Low Hummer can go further than the limitations of the uneasy post punk through which they established their potential.
