Milan-based trio inni launch an immediate assault on Flesh Aesthetic, the second single from their forthcoming album, Itch, Itch, Itch. Released through ABJOY Records, the track emerges with fiery intensity between grunge and noise rock, establishing its considerable heaviness from the opening seconds.
The performance feels volatile and physically present. Guitars arrive in abrasive waves, leaving little room for distance. The track’s impact extends beyond sheer volume though. Its atmosphere carries an emotional force capable of making the surrounding noise feel intimate as well as overwhelming.
Producer and label founder Giacomo Carlone oversaw the sessions using analogue methods to capture the band playing live, while custom-built pedals created by Francesco Mariani helped sculpt the sound. The process preserves the immediacy at the center of inni’s identity, allowing every punch and imperfection to remain part of the performance.
Formed between Milan and Alessandria in 2025, inni consists of Carlone, Simona Pasculli and Mariani. Flesh Aesthetic follows their debut single, Off Tempo, with both tracks set to appear on the impending full length, due at the end of 2026.
