Fresh band, The Bernadette Maries continue creating their own space between dreampop haze and alt-rock heft with new single Missing Bernadette. Formed in Brussels in 2024 by Daria, Guy and Romain, the trio channels the ethereal pull of classic shoegaze alongside the melodic weight of guitar driven indie rock, while expanding on the shoegaze-meets-drum & bass experiment they introduced with their recent single ESO.
Built around shimmering textures and crushing guitars that take a bit of a heavier approach this time around, Missing Bernadette explores the lingering presence of those we've lost, balancing melancholy with gratitude. Their debut album Soft arrives on September 18th, 2026 via Géographie.
