Red Mood (Cyber Version) is an odd and beautiful new track by San Francisco dark rock act, The Tunnel, which the band put together remotely in the days of the pandemic. The experimental track releases for the first time exclusively on the first digital compilation by Destroy//Exist, A Growing Scarcity of Expectation, out on July 2nd, 2021.
Jeff Wagner, guitarist and vocalist for The Tunnel, who also put together the video, comments: "The tracks for Red Mood (Cyber Ver.) were composed and recorded remotely, then scraped and sculpted together cyber style during the pandemic. Our videos are typically focused collage experiments but this is one of the first times we’ve made music with scissors and tape."
