Scowl is a rising punk trio from Kent, UK, which has emerged at full tilt, with their live presence having found a lot of acclaim, and their first singles spotlighting one of the most promising and definitely energetic new acts in the world of punk.
New single, Lord Porno, pulls its title from the name of bassist Sadie's first band. Scowl describe the song as "an anthem borne out of the deep seated anger and frustration one feels when you come to terms with a situation that's irreparable." It's raw and unreserved punk rock of the stirring kind which puts up more of the band's willpower, and their growth.
Scowl cut their teeth supporting acts like Lady Bird, FEET, Isaac Holman (Slaves) and Guru, and in support of their new offering they have gigs planned for Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and London.
