Movies is the third single surfacing off Titanic Rising, the anticipated new album by contemporary folk songstress, Weyes Blood, following the impressive Everyday and Andromeda. Charmingly harmonious, psychedelically grand and overall imposing as expected, the bewitching six-minute song comes with a stunning video directed by Natalie Mering herself.

What is the consequent effect on a society of beings looking for themselves in the myths on the screen? It’s safe to say that they have failed us, but I can’t help it…I love Movies."
