2018 is expected to be a big year for The Cure. The band's 40th birthday is scheduled to be celebrated with a huge 120-minute headlining show at Hyde Park, London, that will include Interpol, Editors, Goldfrapp, Ride, Slowdive, The Twilight Sad and more. It has also been announced by filmmaker Tim Pope that he's been working with Robert Smith on a chronological documentary of The Cure’s history which will feature unseen material from Bob's personal collection.
