Australia's Fait return to action with a new 4-track EP titled Sonder. Featuring Solace which has been available since last year and following 2014's excellent debut, Atmosphere, this new release finds Fait in great shape. Sonder sounds rich and neatly produced as usual, and strikes as a moderately more optimistic record than Fait's previous offering.
4-minute song structures, many layers of atmospherics and experimentation and lots of dreamy and cinematic qualities make up a recipe for another great release for Elise Higgins. Those impressed by Atmosphere those couple of years ago, won't be disappointed.
Can't wait to see what Fait will come up with in the form of a full length, when the time comes.
