Synthwave fans, take a deep breath and stay calm, because the following news are going to be exciting on many different levels...
A new fight video game, Furi, was just released today on PS4 and PC from The Game Bakers, featuring a classic escape/fight-your-way-through-shit storyline, some insane combat action and the retro-fantastic music of Carpenter Brut, Danger, The Toxic Avenger, Lorn, Waveshaper, Scattle and Kn1ght.
So, apart from a killer soundtrack to an amazing looking game, the album works great as a brilliant compilation that includes some of the coolest acts in synthwave at the moment.
It also gets a glorious limited (of 800 copies) release on pink and blue vinyl in a silver print and white glossy folder with art by Takashi Okazaki.
If all that wasn't enough, more than half of the acts that are on the record will take part in a live concert event in Paris this Friday, July 8th.
