The Veils: No Limit Of Stars

No Limit of Stars is the second single off of the new double album by The Veils, And Out Of The Void Came Love, which was six years in the making. The accompanying visuals were shot entirely on 6mm film and inspired from a great source of inspiration, the fantastic 1974 thriller, The Parallax View, directed by Alan J. Pakula.

The single features strong emotional vocals over vibrant, folk-inspired alt-rock textures which make for a fascinating meditation "on the themes of the record: the certainty of death, the power of new life, and the dizziness of contemplating your place in an unknowably vast cosmos," as Finn Andrews reveals.

The song has a distinct and familiar alternative rock classicality to it, and it is substantial lyrically and instrumentally, putting the regarded band back in motion after a long hiatus.
