For their latest single ahead of their anticipated sophomore album, Garcian Urn, Adult Books take their post punk sound through a janglier power pop direction, and sound warmer and zestier than ever.
Florence is inspired by the historic Italian city where singer Nick Winfrey spent some time years ago, while being close to entering a relationship with someone who was very far, and the enhanced feelings of unease that can cause, together with the uncertainty of living in a foreign place.
For the accompanying video the band went a completely different way and created their own tribute to another great city, their hometown of LA, involving South Bay guru Tony Accosta.
