The trio continue to walk that line between nostalgia and a sharper, modern electronic edge. Their nods to classic post punk are sharp, the influence is clearly there, yet the sound remains distinctly their own. Energetic, commanding, and temptingly ominous, Hexed Hearts feels made for a dim, crowded dancefloor where the mood is heavy and the lights stay low.
