Denver-based band Circling Over emerge with a distinctive post rock sound rich in sentimentality and melodic depth. Cascade comes from their beautiful six-song release Amends, out in August 2025, an album which flawlessly transitions from smooth warmth to harsh ferocity. The track is a perfect example of the band’s ability to shift gears naturally, drifting through a dreamy first half before erupting into a powerful, heavy crescendo midway through. The result is a vivid, immersive, and quite engaging listening experience.
