VAZUM: Breach

Breach is the newest single off the anticipated album, Western Violence by the consistently productive VAZUM. A fusion of elements from many different styles of the underground music spectrum, the track embodies what the band terms as 'deathgaze,' offering an engaging and distinctive sound. Scheduled to arrive on June 7th, 2024, VAZUM's upcoming album was created at Light Echo Studio, their recently revamped church studio located in Jackson, MI.

The band's self-produced video for Breach carries an affecting post-apocalyptic tone, complemented by cutting lyrics reflecting a dystopian, devastating world controlled by mental manipulation. Musically, the song navigates through influences of post punk, gothic rock, deathrock, and shoegaze, delivering a profoundly bleak and gloomy atmosphere.

VAZUM is playing select dates in the UK and France in April:

April 3rd Edinburgh - Bannerman's
April 6th Exeter - Cavern Club
April 10th Vannes - Le Barailleur
April 12th Lyon - Grrrnd Zero
