Iron Years: Lucid

Chicagoan post punk act, Iron Years, prepare for the release of their first album, Reverie, expected out through Play Alone Records. Coming forth with a dark creative approach, the sound of Iron Years is infused with elements from synthpop, darkwave and shoegaze.

Lucid, the first single unveiled from the coming full length, is a vibrant cut built on a solid instrumental bed of electronic drums, melodic guitars, steady bass, and gleaming synths, with the band drawing inspiration from old Italo music, and transforming it into something fresh, eclectic and darkwave prone.

The song is paired to a very nice, indie cinematic video directed, shot, and edited by Milo Mendoza.
