Last year, 3 Electro Knights, the experimental electronica project of Daren Pickles, Nik Clifford and Ross Holloway, delivered I Move In Another Dimension as part of their bold Sketches For Another Future seven-song release. The track has received a new remix take by Peter James, inspired by Panos Cosmatos' film, Mandy.
The new version of I Move In Another Dimension, which features Patti Smith's unprecedented poetry, intensifies the psychedelic electricity of the original version, and hits like a rather daring piece of industrial bent atypicality.
The track is from the trio's new EP, Rave One, which was recorded late at night in an attempt to document something disturbing but danceable. "We like to play with chance," the band say.
