The consistently evolving There's Talk release a second offering off their upcoming EP, Lightleak. Following the title track, new single Watersignwave is an expressive and incredibly sharp tune which is typical of the band's melodicism and electronic dreampop penchant.
"A song for healing from heartbreak and the heavy," the band comment on the new track.
Carrying a crystalline production, the song's moody dreampop is perfectly fleshed out through the band's home production, mixing by Beau Sorenson (Tuneyards, Thao & TGDSD, Death Cab for Cutie) and mastering by Jess Labrador (Chasms, Telefon Tel Aviv).
Watersignwave, like its predecessor, is an optimistic venture which offers a look at new challenges, and the real prospect of change.
