Rise is the second single revealed off the upcoming album by Danish band Catch The Breeze, focusing on the veteran trio's reputation of crafting sleek and precise indie rock.
The new single is an engrossing and stirring rallying call, beginning with frantically pounding percussion and pulsing bass whose melodic lines respond to searing guitar chords, providing an overall attractive piece of well thought out collaborative musicianship.
The band's new material was recorded live in Tapetown Studio in Aarhus, encapsulating the band's raw excitement, while the vocals were recorded at Heyman Studios in Copenhagen. Christian Alex Petersen (Marching Church, Mew, Liss) skillfully mixed everything at Grapehouse Studios in Copenhagen.
Aage Kinch (vocals, guitar), Lars Madsen (bass), and Andreas Bund- gaard make up Catch The Breeze (drums). Into the Wide, the band's upcoming album will be released on August 26th, 2022.
