Milwaukee band, Alternative Radio, present a rather traditional and reverent take on punk, evoking the genre's past as well as the sound of great acts such as Dead Boys, Johnny Thunders, and Richard Hell, among others. The three-piece group is also a descendant of a vibrant local underground rock scene.
Ain't Part of the Plan sounds like something that jumped out of a time capsule from the late seventies, with the band wearing their proto punk, glam rock, and power pop inspirations on their sleeves while delivering a genuine and sincere performance.
