Terror cell: By any means necessary

Richmond's Terror Cell and Baltimore's Iron Price, two purveyors of sludgy hardcore heaviness and severity, join forces for a powerful digital split released by New York label Upstate Records.

Each band contributes two songs to the release, and they come out firing, both politically motivated, lyrically dense, and all around ponderous, firmly planted in hardcore but also reaching post metal territories.

Iron Price's side reveals the band's noise rock leaning with ample cacophony and existential aspects in the lyrics, whilst Terror Cell take no prisoners with their violent sludge, fast pace, and overall ferocity.

Terror Cell's By any means necessary is a frenzied, aggressive take on metallic hardcore with a peculiar kind of artfulness which can't be overlooked.
