Dark band Zetra have had a prosperous year, with their latest release, From Within, having left a very strong impression, while its successor, From Without, has already shown signs of analogous musical ideation and astuteness.
Call Of The Void is the second single arriving ahead of the upcoming EP, another beautiful example of the band's intrinsic genre mixture. Towering synths, sharp guitars and a strong sense of melancholy, mostly conveyed through the enveloping soft vocals, ultimately give rise to a rare fusion of heaviness and overemotionalism which Zetra seem to be mastering more with time.
From Without will be out at the end of January 2022 through Church Road Records.
