With a couple of very direct pieces of fuzzy and energetic garage rock, Phoenix-based punks, DOMS, return sounding as animated and bold as expected based on their previous offerings.
Model Head and Evil Twin both sound straightforward, riff-heavy, and they compose the band's new two-song release which comes off as if it could have belonged in any time frame from the mid-sixties on. With a dash of rough psychedelia mingled in for good measure, DOMS again set out their genuine take on garage rock and punk which doesn't accentuate anything, but it's pretty timeless.
