Rising Southern Gothic rockers, Nomotion, join forces with horror punk great, Rob Coffinshaker (The Coffinshakers, Underground Fire, Gehennah), and together they deliver a strong piece of classic dark alt rock qualities akin to the sound of Sisters Of Mercy and The Cult, with elements redolent of the lyricism of The Bad Seeds.
Something Out There is part of Nomotion's coming EP, ABIDE, expected out on April 16th, 2021 through MOLD Records.
Perfectly paired to the music's dark Americana nature and aesthetics comes the thoroughly cinematic accompanying video which has the appearance of a classic western, narrating a story of violence and death through its beautiful photography and overall well polished and developed visuals. It was shot in the Carinc Alps, Italy, directed by Sergio Cinghiale.
