Continuing to break boundaries and moving forward with reverence and the same existential spirit which has haunted the entirety of his body of work through different projects and monikers, Steve Von Till prepares for the release of the fourth album under his own name. No Wilderness Deep Enough comes out August 7th, 2020 via Neurot Recordings, and Shadows On The Run is the second single off it.
A seven-minute song of immense lyricism and passages of elegiac folk, electronic experimentation and ambiance, as well as meticulously honed instrumentation and production, the new song bears all of the heaviness, the spirituality and fragility one would expect from a Steve Von Till creation, and expresses through its beautiful mysticism that the experienced musician's pneuma will always remain restless.
Von Till's first book, Harvestman: 23 Untitled Poems and Collected Lyrics, including original poetry, will also be out on the same date.
