Ahead of their upcoming tour in support of Swervedriver, Los Angeles-based shoegaze/slowcore act, Milly, announce the release of their first EP, and present another track and video off it, the charmingly jangly and wistful, People Are Forever.
After the impressive introductory single, Talking Secret, and its b-side, Crazy Horse, the new song finds Brendan Dyer's songwriting in an ever rawer and more direct form, emphasizing on the strong sentimentality that Milly's sound often emanates.
The song comes with a clip filmed by Justice Ott, very much characteristic of the nineties DIY and lo-fi rock aesthetics to which the band apparently leans.
Milly's cassette EP will be released on November 6th,, 2019 through Dangerbird Records.
