Alberich is the brutal and aggressive experimental electronica project of underground producer, Kris Lapke, whose engineering work we have previously enjoyed via acts like Prurient, Nothing and The Haxan Cloak. Following the groundbreaking eight cassette box album, NATO-Uniformen, from 2010, his upcoming album, Quantized Angel, releases April 12th, 2019 via the heavy electronics specialists, Hospital Productions.
Hypnotic, abrasive and taking the artist's industrial rawness to the next, more refined level, Chilsong Chamber expresses Alberich's characteristic existential unease, while the track emerges all composed, confident and introverted at the same time.
Alberich will perform a record release show on March 29th at Brooklyn Bazaar.
