Drens is a surf punk four piece from Dortmund/Cologne, Germany, and Best Friend is only their third single release ever, following No (included in out latest Stream And Destroy playlist) and Wilhelm Be Gone, from earlier in 2018.
The band's super fun and extremely vigorous mixture of guitar driven indie rock with a more traditional punk sound, inclined towards surf and garage rock, shouldn't be slipping through the cracks, as with each single release Drens seem to be growing stronger and keep building their reputation as a prominent new act worth to follow.
