Basement Revolver: Baby

After the success of their most recent EP, Agatha, which saw the band deservedly topping the HypeM charts, Hamilton, Canada's Basement Revolver are gearing up for the release of their debut full length. The forthcoming album is titled Heavy Eyes, and it is scheduled for released on August 24 from Sonic Unyon and Fear of Missing Out.

The album's opening track and first single we get to hear off Heavy Eyes is Baby, one of the dreamiest, most atmospheric, and all in all full-fledged piece the trio has offered so far.

Vocalist, guitarist and songwriter, Chrisy Hurn, shares about the inspiration behind the newly unveiled song: "It’s about feeling confused about what I want in life, and how that affects other people. It is about crying a lot and feeling like I was burdening my partner with those questions and not wanting him to feel like he was the source of my anxiety."

Basement Revolver is Brandon Munro (drums), Nimal Agalawatte (bass, synth) and Chrisy Hurn (guitar, vocals).
