While trying to describe a band and its sound, if you throw around names like Thin Lizzy, Dario Argento and George Romero, then you're easily going to get people's attention, but expectations are going to be risen.
Sweden's The Dahmers, except for having a pretty cool -in regard to their sound- band name, have been making a name for themselves in their home country with good reason. The band mixes high-energy rock 'n' roll, garage rock and raw punk sounds with horror-infused themes, titles and imagery and the results so far have been very convincing.
While preparing for their sophomore full length release which will be available in 2017, The Dahmers have recently put out a new EP, Blood On My Hands, on Lövely Records.
