Portland's NIGHTSISTER unfold with new track and video, Hometown Wound, part of their new four-track EP, Send Angels Here. It is a piece of affective, striking darkwave and synthpop which draws from the darker recesses of the genre, but in an odd way it comes with sensibilities from both approachable pop and forceful metal.
The song, which features exquisite melodies mixed with an edge, and is overall gloomy and dark in tone, according to the band, represents a more challenging time in their personal lives.
