From Asheville, North Carolina, dreampop band, BEX, emerge with their new EP, Move It Or Lose It, a guitar-driven work of sharpness, melancholy, and songwriting acumen with a sound which pulls strongly from nineties alternative rock as well as the shoegaze pop forefront.
Move It Or Lose It follows the band's debut EP, Don't Mess With Bexas, released in 2020, and serves as an instant demonstration of their growth as a group.
Dense, well composed and produced songs with a focus on the lyrical front and a lot of sentimentality form the artistry of BEX, and the new EP's title track illustrates that good balance between sentimentalism and rawness.
