Having recently signed with the Brooklyn-based label Kanine Records, Hong Kong's finest, Lucid Express, prepare for the release of their coming self-titled album which is expected out on July 16th, 2021.
Following the psychedelic shoegaze pop of first single, Wellwave, the band reveal a second offering off the impending full length, this time in collaboration with Adam Honingford from the reputable shoegazers, The Bilinda Butchers. Hollowers is another hypnagocic kaleidoscope with a distinctly darker feel whose winsome melodies are paired to an overarching sense of haziness, all brought together through the inspired mixing of Max Bloom from the acclaimed indie rockers Yuck.
