Cold Cave punch and score with each new track off the impending Fate In Seven Lessons which will be out on June 11th, 2021 via Heartworm Press. The latest of those is the psychedelic synthpop exemplar, PSALM 23, the final single ahead of the entire release.
With a darkly formal and ceremonial feel, the new song is paired to a classy video of the band performing in their own space, surrounded by 23 candles which were gifted to Wesley Eisold from his friend and collaborator, Mark Lanegan. The video was filmed by Travis Shinn and Jeremy Danger.
PSALM 23 is Cold Cave overcoming more of their boundaries, as Fate In Seven Lessons is expected to leave a pretty great impression as a whole. Wait for the 2'38'' mark for an electrifying, thrilling and inspiring surprise.
