CHIVVY: Deeper Blue

Upcoming dreampop trio, CHIVVY, complete a triptych of early singles with new song, Deeper Blue, the follow up to their recent offerings, Red Water and In Control. The band continue in an analogous airy and fragile class of songwriting and production, with the post punk properties sneaking in subtly, and constituting CHIVVY's kind of dreampop rather exquisite and underlined.

The band describe their new track as "a song about looking back on something that has been lost. The relationship that never became, the plans that never became or the dreams that no longer exist. It is a nostalgia trip to something that one misses and tried to save, but which may never have been meant for you."

Having assembled a good amount of prominent first examples of their craft, CHIVVY sound productive and very well-timed at the moment, and the probability of a more collective release seems appropriate.
