A glowing gothic rocker, the sensual Blue Smoke is the newest piece revealed off the very sharp and full of promise, South Of Heaven. the upcoming album by consistent darkwave act, Fotocrime, which comes out March 13th, 2020, through Profound Lore.
The driving new piece comes with an equally artistic, greyscale and cinematic clip directed by photographer Katie Lovecraft who excellently captured the music's verve and dark essence, and gave it a corresponding visual accompaniment.
The anticipated South Of Heaven will be Fotocrime's second full length, and it was produced by J. Robbins (Jawbox), together with the band's mastermind, R., from recording sessions captured by Steve Albini at Electrical Audio in Chicago, Simon Small in London, and Robbins in Baltimore.
Blue Smoke follows the previously unveiled single, Love Is A Devil, and comes ahead of Fotocrime's busy touring schedule featuring sates with Hide, Primary, Fool’s Ghost, Null, Sweet Cobra and Bleakness.
