Lazy Legs: Peanut Butter

Getting notably heavier with each new release, Portland duo, Lazy Legs, unveil their most charmingly raucous effort to date, a four-minute head trip which brings together grunge, shoegaze and slowcore qualities in the best of ways.

Not at all shy on the distortion, and again spotlighting their flair for distinguishing soft vocals, Peanut Butter comes ahead of the band's sophomore album, Moth Mother, expected in January 2020 through Wallflower Records. The new song coexists with an equally trippy and colorful video.

Guitarist and vocalist Michael Tenzer, and bassist and vocalist Laura Wagner come up with new material ever so often in a very consistent manner, and this noisier and weightier direction of their latest endeavors seem like an ideal fit to their relentless energy.
