Combining chaos with unexpected euphony possibly better than anyone in industrial rock these days, Street Sects need to burst out, expand and become even more recognized. The second specimen off their upcoming album, The Kicking Mule, verifies that we're in for something big, and most likely one of the better albums 2018 will have to offer when it's all said and done.
Vocalist, Leo Ashline and multi-instrumentalist, Shaun Ringsmuth, level up release after release, and make the best use possible of their diverse influences, that vary from Elton John (see the reference on the new album's title) to more obvious acts like Skinny Puppy, Front 242 and Ministry.
Street Sects will be taking their amazingly energetic act across the US through December. A list of dates follows below.
