Hater is fairly new Swedish band from Malmö who late last year released their EP, Red Blinders, on the historic British independent record label, Fire Records, to much critical acclaim. The band offers an incredible, seamless amalgamation of idealistic dreampop, sophisticated post-punk and classic, psychedelic-inclined rock, and they certainly come with a lot of promise.
The band recently visited the Tapetown studios in Aarhus, Denmark for another of those mind-boggling series of sessions. They performed Blushing, a brooding, warm piece which works as an excellent introduction to their moody, inviting sound and overall elegance.
Hater are Caroline Landahl, Måns Leonartsson, Adam Agace and Lukas Thomasson.
