Since day one and that fantastic debut EP, we've been deeply affected by and greatly impressed with the breakthrough presence of Fait in the world of shoegazing music. Fortunately since then Perth musician Elise Higgins has followed that release in a similarly magnificent manner, the EP Sonder, which came out last summer.
One of the four tracks in Sonder, the hypnotic Reverie has recently gotten its own music video, directed by another Perth artist, photographer Matsu, who traveled throughout Japan by train to capture some breathtaking footage of the motion and the colorful lights he encountered along the way. The result is a four minute clip of staggering beauty.
