Slowcoaching is the songwriting moniker of Melbourne musician Dean Valentino whose Soundcloud page is already stocked with a series of fine singles of jangly pop goodness. The latest in the series is called Training Wheels and it is sort of on the darker side of the guy's creativity, detailing the specifics of a car accident in its lyrics and the desire to start over.
As the artist himself describes it, there are "layers of sparkling guitars (...), skin tight drumming (...) and gradually building synths providing a light at the end of the tunnel."
