autoDELETE: The Future

autoDELETE returns with The Future, their first release since the debut album DECEIVERS quietly made its positve first impression two years ago. Emerging from Vancouver, the project continues to shape a sound that draws from industrial textures, synthpop atmospheres, and alternative rock.

The Future leans into a slightly heavier. The production feels unpolished in the right places, with sharp electronic edges sitting against a structure that carries a dark rock sensibility. It's all driven, tense, and grounded in a rhythm that mirrors the unease at its core.

At the center of the track the familiar feeling, the strain of being pulled out of the present by what hasn’t happened yet.

The band explains: "“The Future” is about the stress and mental pain of not living in the present. The chorus echos the mind and how it’s always lost in what the future might be and forever trapped in it."
