Frontwoman Ivory Snow offers her signature smooth harmonies throughout, adding depth and contrast to the track’s ethereal mood.
Shadows was written and recorded in a spontaneous five-hour burst at the band’s home studio, making it the fastest composition in Sungaze’s catalog thus far. The track was mastered by acclaimed producer Will Yip (Title Fight, Scowl, Whirr, Nothing), whose touch brings a delicate clarity to its layered atmosphere.
