VR SEX unveil their latest single, Inanimate Love, accompanied by a peculiar yet gripping music video edited and animated by Danny Perez. The track is the second release from the band's forthcoming album, Hard Copy, scheduled to come out on March 22nd, 2024, via Dais Records.
VR SEX describe the song as “a short-form, contemporary documentary about humans who are in love with things that have not yet (by definition) achieved ‘sentience’."
Noel Skum, also known as Andrew Clinco from Drab Majesty, took a bold step by transforming VR SEX, his psychedelic post punk project, into a fully collaborative five-member band, and the outcome appears to be yielding fascinating results.
