Otherlife is the third and last single from Isoberlinia before the anticipated release of Silhouette Bound, the band's first album which is expected on September 22nd, 2023 from Black Hair Records.
Otherlife is described by the band as a song "about walking a tightrope together with someone you love, trying to cross a divide. You lead, trying to make it over, but when you turn around you realize that person isn’t there anymore. Maybe it would’ve been different if you didn’t turn around. Maybe you’re Orpheus and Eurydice. Maybe I’m wrong."
The atmospheric qualities in Isoberlinia's music are once again palpable, with the band mixing their trip hop and dreampop properties in a very refined and intriguing way.
