Los Angeles post punks, FEARING, prepare for the release of their second album, Destroyer, which follows their exciting debut full length, Shadow from 2020. The band's sophomore album is scheduled to be released on September 29th, 2023, through Profound Lore Records.
The album's title track, Destroyer, is the most recent preview from the upcoming release, and strikes as a moody post punk number characterized by its dark and intense tone, exemplifying the band's fresh sound and showcasing new direction for FEARING as a trio.
Destroyer reintroduces the fine influence of darkwave which has been present in some of FEARING's earlier material, and it exhibits how the band has settled comfortably and naturally into a dark sound.
