Pink Milk: River of Glass

Fresh from the release of their second album, Ultraviolet, Swedish dark post punk/shoegazers, Pink Milk, are back with a new standalone single. River of Glass is about a ghost's unanswered love for a vampire and it comes with a soulful dreampop sound, drenched in reverb, quite similar to the band's dreamlike, Lynchian creative approach.

The song presents a beautiful amalgamation of soft vocals, easy melody, and hazy production, resulting in an absolutely winsome dark ballad, with an atmosphere which immediately reminds of the fifties, as well as the fascination part of the world had for the fifties during the nineties.
