All This Time is the lead single from South African ambient composer Jason van Wyk's upcoming album Descendants. The new full length is the follow-up to 2021's Threads, and an album which further unfolds the journey of van Wyk's wider, fully atmospheric sound.
This new project presents the impact of van Wyk's film composition work remaining visible, and at the same time it sees the artist elevating his production methods, with foundational factors being taken to new heights and pushed to their boundaries.
An introspective cut, All This Time is the moody opening number, a five minute exploration of serene ambient abstraction which brings van Wyk's daring musicianship to a point of absolute coherence.
Descendants comes out on October 21st, 2022, through n5MD.
