The Stream Guides Me Along, the newest single by Bay Area's Welcome Strawberry, arrives alongside the release of the project's self-titled album on Cherub Dream Records and Too Good To Be True Records. This is the fourth single that the album produces in total.
Despite the fact that the original demo for this song was recorded on a 4-track while Welcome Strawberry's Cyrus VandenBerghe was black out drunk, the finished version is a driving and tightly constructed indie pop number with dreampop, psychedelic and gazey connotations that doesn't leave the impression of something unfulfilled by any means.
