Belgian experimental/genre mixing trio, Brutus, have released their new single, Dust, through Sargent House, and it’s an absolute winner, as the band keeps impressing with each new offering.





California-based act Cold Gawd announce their Dais Records debut, God Get Me The Fuck Out Of Here, and deliver new single and video, Sweet Jesus Wept Shit, a brilliant shoegazer, alongside a nice video directed by Amanda Siegel.





Buñuel have released the video for Roll Call, a track off their recent album Killers Like Us, right before their European tour dates commence. Director Annapaola Martin comments on the clip: "Dealing with the devil is always difficult. Roll Call reminds me how unconscious thoughts can be hard to manage. They are always with us but sometimes they become difficult to control and when they take over, everything becomes possible."





Bigger. Messier., a remix album including tracks from last year's Big Mess, has been announced by Danny Elfman. The new release will include collaboration with Trent Reznor, Boris, Blixa Bargeld, HEALTH, Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, The Locust, Boy Harsher and others. A new version of Kick Me featuring Iggy Pop shows the new album’s mood and intent.





French darkwave/electronica act, Minuit Machine, the project of Hélène de Thoury and Amandine Stioui, released a new music single and video, Lion in a Cage, part of their impending album which is expected on November 4th, 2022 via Synth Religion.





Post rockers Pianos Become the Teeth will release their new album, Drift, on August 26th, 2022 through Epitaph, and single and video, Skiv, is a pretty intriguing harbinger.





The Hole is an outstanding original by Townes Van Zandt, and heavy rockers Cave In give it justice with their cover, which is included in Songs Of Townes Van Zandt Vol III, released on My Proud Mountain Records and Neurot Recordings. The new version comes with a video by Chariot of Black Moth.





Devotional is a new collaborative album by Greg Anderson as The Lord with vocalist and violinist Petra Haden, who previously teamed with Anderson in Goatsnake and on the second SUNN O))) studio album, ØØ Void. Devotional arrives on September 30th, 2022 via Southern Lord, and the title track is the first piece unveiled off it.





Great death metal supergroup Bloodbath have announced a new album, Survival Of The Sickest, and deliver the first single, Zombie Inferno, alongside a blood-spattered video directed by by Ash Pears. The full length comes out on September 9th, 2022 via Napalm Records.
