And.Projecting.Windows.Of.Ice.And.Misconduct is the second single from Milk.Blue.Kisses.and.Whalebone.Wishes, the solid new EP by New York shoegazers, Dead Leaf Echo, out through Moon Sound Records. The entire record is another great indicator of the band's ethereal and atmospheric dreampop, which they have been developing for many years.
The musical sophistication of the four-minute piece creates an immersive atmosphere, one of the band's greatest assets, building on themes of winter and ice pretty eloquently.
Notably, Milk.Blue.Kisses.and Whalebone.Wishes features new artwork from V23's Timothy O'Donnell (The Birthday Party, Pale Saints), Roy Burns III (Stiff Little Fingers, Sun Kil Moon), and Gary Prendergast (cutshapemake).
